Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A businessman’s child was abducted on his way to school in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior on Thursday. The miscreants threw chilli powder in his mother’s eyes and fled with the child.

The child has been identified as Shivaay Gupta aged around 6 to 7 years. His father’s name is Rahul Gupta who works as a businessman in Gwalior.

This entire incident has been captured on a CCTV camera installed there. The footage shows a youth waiting on his red bike when his aide came running with the child. He sat on the bike, and the duo fled with the child. The video also shows the child’s mother trying to chase them.

The incident occurred in the Muran area of ​​Gwalior on Thursday morning when the wife of businessman Rahul Gupta was going to drop the child off at school. Suddenly, two miscreants arrived on bikes and threw chilli powder in her eyes. They picked up the child and sped away.

She tried to chase the bikers, but they vanished within a few seconds.

The woman rushed to her husband and narrated the entire ordeal. The panicked couple approached the police station, and a complaint was filed.

The police have started searching for the kidnappers on the basis of the footage.

IG Arvind Saxena has announced a reward of Rs 30,000 to the person who gives information about the child (Shivaay Gupta) kidnapped from Murar CP Colony or the kidnappers. He has issued the number +91 91310 46472 for giving information.
