According to most religious scholars, HE is present in every creature and every particle and everything is a manifestation of HIM. In simple language, what they mean is that GOD the Supreme is Omnipresent. Is it really so? Now! If God is really everywhere, how does one explain the degradation one sees in the world? God is praised as the purifier, the ever-pure, the one who uplifts the downtrodden. So if HE is also subject to degradation like everyone else, who will uplift whom? In 18th Chapter of Gita which is summary of the entire Bhagwadgita, God says ‘sarva-dharman parityajya, mam ekam saranam vraja, aham tvam sarva-papebhyo,moksayisyami ma sucah’ meaning Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions. Do not fear. This brings up the most important question of liberation or salvation. It is believed that God comes or descends to this world to liberate humanity from sorrow. Now! if he is already present everywhere, where is the need for him to come from anywhere? Hence one should understand the fact that Omnipresence is most probably a mistaken belief derived from the Omnipotence of God.

God is called the Father and the Supreme Father. Just as we all have a father of our body who has a form and identity, God is the father of souls. So, if we say that God is in everyone then all souls would become equal to God. And when everyone is equal who will give inheritance to whom? Thus, it is clear from the above, that God cannot be omnipresent, as it is obvious that humans are not equal, and they are constantly seeking God’s help or blessings, which they shouldn’t be doing if God were present in them. If He was present everywhere, then there would have been no need for anyone to pray to Him to come and end their sorrows. Right? Because HE comes and liberates human souls from the bondage of the vices, which is the root cause of all human suffering, God is called a Liberator. Remember! Human souls come into these bondages precisely because they are not God, and God never comes into these bondages because HE is ever pure and that’s the reason that only HE and no human soul can purify another soul because all the souls are caught in the same quagmire of vices. So, let’s connect to that ONE Supreme Source and enlighten ourself with his positive energies & powers to live a life full of abundance.
