Benefits of gram flour
1. Stain-
To lighten the spots, take equal amounts of gram flour and turmeric, add a few drops of lemon and one spoon of honey to it and make a paste. Then apply it on your face and leave it for 10-15 minutes. After drying, wash your face with lukewarm water.
2. To reduce tanning and make skin glow:
Take 4 tablespoons of gram flour and add a pinch of turmeric, 1-2 tablespoons of curd and a few drops of lemon. If you want, you can also add some salt to it to exfoliate the skin. After preparing the mixture, apply it on your face and tanning area. Then wash it with lukewarm water.
3. Removes dead skin cells:
For this, mix 3 spoons of gram flour, 2 spoons of corn flour and rice flour with milk well in a bowl. After mixing everything, apply this paste on your face and leave it for some time. Massage gently for 5 to 10 minutes and then wash the face with clean water. Repeat this process twice a week to bring glow on the face.
4. Beneficial for oily skin:
Gram flour can prove to be a great solution for oily skin. It removes oil from your face. It can also help moisturize dry skin. You just take 2 spoons of gram flour, add a few drops of rose water to it and mix well. Apply it on your face and neck for 15-20 minutes and wash with cold water. If your skin is dry, you can use milk or curd instead of rose water.
