selection process

Probationary Officers (PO) The recruitment will be done in three phases:

  1. Preliminary Examination (Phase 1),
    • There will be initial screening of candidates in this stage.
  2. Main Exam (Phase 2),
    • This exam will be more intensive, in which subject-specific knowledge will be tested.
  3. Psychometric Test, Group Exercise and Interview (Phase 3),
    • Candidates will be judged on the basis of their personality and soft skills.
    • Final selection will be based on performance in main examination and interview.
