The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has given some good news before the results of class 10th and 12th. CBSE has announced a change in post -result activities, under which students will be allowed to obtain photocopy of answer books before applying for verification/revaluation. The current applied in this regard is that students apply for verification of first digits, then for photocopy of answer sheets and then for revaluation of their results, but this time the rule has been changed.

 

This new system will allow students to see their answer sheets before applying for reconstruction.

The notification issued by CBSE states that this new system will facilitate students to see their answer books before applying for re -verification, which will give them clarity about the marks and any error given to them. The board has said that a detailed process of obtaining photocopy of valued answer books, verification of marks and re -evaluation will be shared after the results of class 10th and 12th are declared.

What did CBSE say about this?

The CBSE has said, “After receiving photocopy of the first phase of answer book in the first phase, the student may decide that he wants to choose the option of verification of marks, including the posting/total sum of marks/total sum or revaluation, under which the student requests the re -evaluation of the question.” After receiving photocopy of the answer book, the student can apply for verification or re -evaluation of marks as per the prescribed procedure or both.

When will the results be declared?

CBSE has not yet announced the date and time to declare the results of the board examinations of class 10 and 12, but it is being said that the results of both examinations can be declared on the same day. Students will also have the option to see their results through Umang App and SMS.
