Today, the price of gold has fallen by Rs 1,600 as compared to yesterday. The price of 22 carat 10 grams of gold is trading above Rs 84,000. Silver prices have fallen by Rs 4,000.

Gold prices fall internationally
Gold prices have declined internationally after US President Donald Trump imposed mutual fees on several countries around the world. In addition to imposing counter tariffs on more than 180 countries on April 2, 2025, Trump has also imposed a baseline tariff of 10 percent on all the goods imported in the US, imposed on imported goods from other countries under general trade rules. Also, mutual tariffs are counter -measures towards tariffs of other countries.
