Global Market: Weak signs are being seen for the Indian market. FII saw the selling in cash. The gift Nifty is trading down about 150 points. The US markets declined on Friday amid recession and inflation concerns. Dow fell nearly 750 points. Nasdaq and S&P 500 also saw a decline of up to 2 percent.
US market status
The market closed down on Friday. The largest single-day decline was recorded in 2025. Dow 1200 points fell in two sessions. S&P 500 and Nasdaq closed at the lowest level of the day. Staples, utilities and healthcare sectors were the most affected.
Fear of a new virus?
The Wuhan Institute of China discovered a new virus. The new corona virus was found in the bats. Viruses such as Kovid-19 can spread. The Wuhan Institute has not found viruses in humans. This virus has been found only in the laboratory. Shares of Modarna, Novawaax, Fizzer rose in the US.
Dollar weakness
The dollar index fell for the third consecutive week. The dollar index remained unchanged below 107. The dollar index reached a low of two and a half months.
