A fierce fire broke out in a truck filled with LPG cylinder near Bhopura Chowk on Delhi-Vajirabad Road in Tila Mor police station area of Ghaziabad district adjacent to Delhi. After the fire, a cylinder burst one after the other caused a strong explosion in the area, causing the fire to spread in two houses and three trains.
This accident caused chaos in the entire area. The Ghaziabad Police and Fire Department immediately evacuated the surrounding houses and after nearly two hours of hard work, the fire was controlled.

According to Chief Fire Officer Rahul Pal, at 4:35 am today, Sahibabad Fire Station received information that a truck loaded with LPG cylinder of Bharat Gas Company has caught fire and there are frequent explosions.
- As soon as the fire broke out, 10 vehicles of the fire department were sent on the spot.
- Due to the blasts, the cylinders were shattered far and wide, causing a fire in 2 houses and 3-4 vehicles.
- The fire was extinguished after about one and a half hours of effort.
- No casualties were reported, but there was an atmosphere of panic in the area.

Sachin, who lives near Bhopura Chowk, told ANI –
“About 3 to 3:30 in the morning, suddenly sharp blasts were heard. Cylanders were continuously exploding. We ran out of the house with children. Our house was badly damaged. The car windows broke. The roof grill also fell. “
“Cylinder fell indoors, it was difficult to escape”
Sandeep, who lives near the spot, said –
“Three cylinders fell in our house. A cylinder came to the living room. You can guess how the cylinders jumped up to such a height. There was an illegal wooden warehouse nearby, there was no security. The children were very scared. It was very difficult to run away from there. “
The sound of blasts echoed for several kilometers
Chief Fire Officer Rahul Pal said that the sound of the explosion of the cylinder was heard for several kilometers.
