Hey brother, there is an important news for those traveling on National Highway 34 going from Ghaziabad to Aligarh. On this route, there are often terrible accidents due to the crossing the road of people working in high speed vehicles and factories, in which many people die. Especially there are some places where accidents have become common, which are called ‘Black Spot’.
When will the bridge be built for pedestrians?
That is why for a long time people were demanding that brother, make a bridge (footoverbridge) for pedestrians here, so that people can cross the safe road. Now the good news is that the government has chosen 6 such dangerous ‘black spots’ where these footoverbridge will be built.
Tender has been spent, 25 crores will be spent
The tender for making these 6 footoverbridge, etc., has been completed and about 25 crore rupees will be spent on it. This is not a small thing, this step has been taken so that the continuous accidents can be controlled. About a year ago, the National Highway Authority (NHAI) started its preparation and now the work is moving forward.
Where will these footoverbridge be built?
So the question is where these bridges will be built? According to the information currently, footoverbridge will be built at these 6 places between Lalkuan to Aligarh in Ghaziabad:
-
Dhoom near Manikpur in Dadri
-
Near Bhil Akbarpur
-
Near oil mile in Secunderabad Industrial Area
-
Near the new vegetable market
-
Near Dariyapur village
-
Yajnadatta near Ayurveda College in Khurja countryside area
After their construction, it is expected that accidents occurring crossing the road will reduce.
But there are more problems: waiting for flyover and link road
But the matter does not end here. On the same highway, people are also upset in places like IP College, near IP College, Adauli intersection and cold piao. The cut for Maman Road is far away, causing accidents. People here are demanding not to create a footoverbridge, but to build a full flyover so that the arrival of vehicles can be easy and the fear of accidents is reduced. He says that there is no correct arrangement to handle traffic at the intersection.
There is another problem. A link to be built near Dariapur village to connect National Highway 34 and Bulandshahr-Meerut National Highway 334, its work has not started yet. Because of this, trains going from Meerut to Aligarh or Ghaziabad are forced to pass through Bhud intersection. outcome? There is a severe traffic jam at the Bhud intersection and the pressure of the trains has increased greatly.
At the moment, it is expected from these 6 footoverbridge that they will make it safe for pedestrians to cross the road. But the matter of flyover and link road will also be resolved soon, only then will there be complete relief.
