Mumbai – Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan recently bought a great apartment in Dadar West in Mumbai. It was sold for Rs 61 crore. Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow ‘Mannat’ is going to be renewed. Gauri has done this deal before.
In Dadar West, this flat is about 1,985 square feet. It is spread over 1,000 square feet, including two car parking spaces. He bought this flat in 2022 for eight crore rupees. He made a profit of more than 37 percent by selling in 2025.
Shah Rukh Khan is leaving his family ‘Mannat’ and is going to rent in two duplexes owned by Varun Dhawan in Khar. The renewal of ‘Mannat’ will last for about three years. Shah Rukh is making changes to this, including adding two new floors.
