Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, interior designer Gauri Khan, sold a luxury residential property in Dadar West area, Mumbai, amid renovation of their Bandra residence Mannat. According to media reports, Gauri sold the property for Rs 11.61 crore.

A report in Money Control stated that the property transaction was registered in March 2025.

About the property

The apartment which Gauri sold is in Kohinoor Altissimo building, a ready-to-move residential project by Kohinoor CTNL Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. The project features 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK, and 3.5 BHK units.

The apartment spans 184.42 square meters (1,985 sq ft) of built-up area and 167.55 square meters (1,803.94 sq ft) of carpet area, including two parking spaces.

Reportedly, the apartment was purchased by Gauri in August 2022 for Rs 8.5 crore. Since then, its value has appreciated by 37 per cent.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh and his family members have moved out of their sea-facing residence, Mannat. They have reportedly shifted to lavish duplex apartments in Pali Hill which the actor recently leased.

According to a report in Hindustan Times, Mannat is set for a grand transformation, and that is the reason why SRK and his family members have relocated temporarily. The renovation is expected to take around two years.

The revamped residence may include two additional floors, which were added to the Mannat annexe – an expansion for which Gauri had sought approval from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority in November 2024.

While Mannat revamp is underway, fans may be disappointed as they won’t get to see SRK’s signature appearances on the terrace, where he often greets them.
