Action:
- To make brinjal fry, first wash the brinjal and cut them into thin, round or square pieces.
- Make a fine paste by adding garlic, soaked red chili, coriander, cumin and oil to a mixer jar.
- Take the prepared paste in a bowl, add red chili powder, turmeric, salt as per taste and mix well.
- Apply the prepared mixture on the chopped eggplant and keep it for some time.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic and fry till it turns red. Then add spicy brinjals to it.
