The ITF M25 men’s tennis tournament will be played from 23 to 30 March at Altvol Alexander Waske Tennis University. The qualifying rounds will be played on 23 and 24th. After this the main draw will begin.
80 male players from around the world will participate in this tournament. The total prize money of the tournament will be 30 thousand US dollars and two talented players from Gujarat Aryan Shah and Dev Juwia will play in the main draw. Tournament Director Swapnil Desai said that the tournament has four wild cards for the qualifying round and two wild cards for the main draw.
Eight players from Gujarat are participating. Two British players J Clarke and Oliver Crawford, Australia’s Moiren Bojguse and Igor Agoneov of Kazakhstan are top-4 seeds. Karan Singh, Aryan Shah, Siddharth Vishwakarma and Siddharth Rawat, who have played for India in the Davis Cup, are also sure to play.
