Following massive outrage on social media, police took note of the matter and an investigation was initiated.

A woman living in Florida went viral this year telling media outlets that she doesn’t smoke weed or enjoy cold drinks despite her name being “Marijuana Pepsi”. She is identified as a 52-year-old PhD scholar. She got her name from her parents who wanted to give a very unique name to her and establish originality.
Abhinav Arora
The year brought fame to a young spiritual orator named Abhinav Arora after his videos sparked a controversy. Several YouTubers alleged that Abhinav Arora was faking his spiritual narrations. His father Tarun Raj Arora told the media that his 10-year-old son was subject to cyberbullying and relentless trolling. It was also learned that Arora received a death threat.

Impressed with her music skills, netizens asked her to throw a concert, which they were ready to attend. She now holds more than 32,000 followers on Instagram.

Identified as Shravani, the young girl was one of those ordinary people who broke the internet this year.
