Merrut: In another addition, to the series of videos that have emerged of Muskan Rastogi and her lover Sahil Shukla, who conspired the murder of former merchant navy officer and Muskan’s husband, Saurabh Rajput. A video of Sahil dancing in a state of trance in a pub in Manali is making rounds on the internet. In the 30-second long clip Muskan first opens the selfie camera and is seen setting her hair,then she switches to the rear camer where Sahil can be seen dancing alone under disco lights.
In other videos that have surfaced include a WhatsApp voice note, where Muskan can be heard instructing her cab driver to order a cake on March 11 for Sahil’s birthday. In the audio message muskan can be heard saying,”You bring a cake from somewhere and do not call me just message me and let me know if you have got it or not.”
She is further heard saying, “Once you get the cake, just drop it at my place and say that this my stuff and i will collet it tomorrow morning, she said urging him.
Following the murder, Muskan and her lover, Sahil, gruesomely dismembered Saurabh’s body into 15 pieces. Muskan fatally stabbed her husband in the chest while he was asleep in their bedroom. After confirming his death, Sahil moved the body to the bathroom, where he severed the limbs. The remains were packed into a plastic drum and sealed with cement to cover up the crime.
In an attempt to avoid suspicion, Muskan traveled to Shimla-Manali for 12 days, sharing photos and videos on Instagram to create the impression of a vacation.
The preliminary probe has suggested that the primary motives behind the murder appear to be Muskan’s extra-marital affair and financial issues.
