Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Talaiya police on Sunday night arrested the fourth accused in connection with murder of a youth Adil Khan at Budhwara around a week ago.

Three others, including a transgender, were arrested earlier. Police officials said the accused Ronit, aka Ruhen, of Mata Mandir area had fled to Delhi after the incident. However, he was in contact with his cousin for information regarding the activities of police.

Police traced Rohit’s location to Agra and then to Delhi and subsequently arrested him. He was produced before the court and sent to jail. Resident of Talaiya Adil Khan (23) was stabbed to death by a transgender Alvira Khan, her aides Nawab, Abdul Rehman and Ruhen.

One of the accused came to Bhopal some years back, adopted by a teacher

Alvira, Nawab and Abdul were arrested earlier but Ruhen was evading arrest. Investigations revealed that hailing from Vidisha district, Alvira Khan, aka Mahak, was earlier a bar dancer in Kanpur. She came to Bhopal some years back and was adopted by a teacher. However, she later joined a group of transgenders.

Alvira and Adil were friends earlier but parted ways some months ago. Adil was helping the rival group of transgenders and attacked Alvira at their behest. To avenge this Alvira and her aides allegedly assaulted Adil and killed him.
