Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Aiming better policing and crime control, the government has approved establishment of four new police stations in the state including one at Kajlikheda in Bhopal.
Moreover, four police outposts will be upgraded and turned into police stations while a new police outpost will come up at Bageshwardham in Chhatarpur district.
A circular dated March 11 has been issued in this regard on Thursday to Bhopal Police Commissioner and Superintendents of Police of concerned districts.
Besides Kajlikheda at Bhopal, new police stations will be established at Jaitapur in Khargone and Mahakallok and Tapobhumi in Ujjain district. Kamlapur police outpost in Dewas, Madwas and Semaria in Sidhi and Raigaon outpost in Satna district will be turned into police stations.
