Kasuri, 83, was the Foreign Minister of Pakistan from November 2002 to November 2007. He said that Manmohan Singh created a cordial atmosphere in the entire SAARC region. Kasuri, in an interview to PTI, said he was fortunate to be part of the process that gave impetus to peace talks between the two countries.
