New Income Tax Bill 2025: Initiative to make tax rules easier for general public

  1. If the flour is kneaded properly while rolling the paratha, the paratha will not explode. While kneading the dough, add one teaspoon of gram flour and one teaspoon of ghee, then knead the dough with lukewarm water. This will make the dough soft and the paratha will be made easily.

  2. Many people start making paratha immediately after kneading the dough, so that the paratha is not made properly. After kneading the dough, cover it for 10-15 minutes, so that the gluten is set. This will make the paratha tasty.

  3. When preparing the stuff for paratha, drain excess water from the vegetables. Reduce moisture by placing boiled potatoes in the fridge. Squeeze vegetables like cabbage, radish or fenugreek and remove water so that the paratha is not wet.

  4. A double layer paratha is more tasty than ordinary parathas. Roll out the bread and keep stuffing in half of it, then bend the bread from the middle and apply it again in half. Roll it down and bake it on the pan

  5. It is important to take care of the amount of stuffing in the paratha. More stuffing makes it difficult to roll the paratha and it starts bursting, while less stuffing tastes less. So keep the right amount of stuffing so that the paratha becomes tasty and beautiful.
