But now his fans will have to wait longer for this.

The release date of the film has been extended. The actor’s team has posted on the Instagram account, in which they have apologized to the people and have written that we are very sad to inform that ‘Punjab 95’ will not be released on February 7 due to some reasons, it is in our hands. The release of the film is being delayed due to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The film delves into the story of atrocities committed against Sikhs by the Punjab Police in the 1990s, leading to controversy. Initially CBFC had suggested a total of 120 cuts in the film.
