The teaser or the ‘raw statement’ of Nani-starrer The Paradise was officially unveiled by the makers on March 3, almost a year before the film’s theatrical release. Since then, fans have been eagerly awaiting updates related to the film. Recently, several media reports stated that the film has been shelved because of financial troubles.

A couple of days back, the makers quashed the reports and slammed those who have been sharing fake news about the film.

In a strongly-worded post, the makers wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter), they wrote, “To all 🤡s out there, you feed on us… because we let you do so. #TheParadise is rising in all its glory. Rest assured, it is on the right track. And you all will witness it soon. Meanwhile, keep feeding on us as much as you can. Because…’Gajaraju nadiste..Gajji kukkalu arustayi (When the mighty elephant walks… stray dogs bark).”

They added, “As much as we are absorbing all the love, we are also observing all the baseless hate that is coming against us. We will take all the love and also the hate and convert all that into an ENERGY that will drive #TheParadise to be one of the greatest films to come out of TFI. To all of those tweeters/feeders – Get Well soon you 🤡s 🙂 And to all those who are rooting for us, all our departments are rigorously working in full swing to bring you all a new world. We will make a cinema we all will be proud of. Promise.”

For The Paradise, Nani has collaborated again with director Srikanth Odela and producer Sudhakar Cherukuri of SLV Cinemas. The project is in the early stages of production and will feature Nani in a fresh and ambitious role.

The first glimpse of The Paradise sets a raw and unrefined tone with its gritty atmosphere, language, and narrative. The video opens with a disclaimer – raw truth, raw language – establishing the film’s stark approach.

The opening shots depict slums scattered with bodies and crows circling above. A large explosion signals Nani’s entry, revealing him in an unexpected look. Wearing a watch strapped to his shoes and pulling a countryside gun from the water, Nani walks purposefully. His face remains hidden, but his body language and posture convey strength and determination.

The video hints at a raw and intense character for Nani, showcasing a drastic transformation. Even without fully showing his face, the character’s grit and resolve are evident. The film appears to delve into themes of rebellion and leadership.

The film is all set to hit the big screens in March 2026. Details about the cast are under wraps.
