Pidamont: The storm and tornado in the Central and Southern United States have caused heavy damage to many houses and schools and the death toll has increased to 34.
Dakota Henderson, a resident of Missouri, said that when he and others from the storm -affected Wen County started a rescue operation to save the neighbors, five bodies were found in the rubble outside his family’s house.
Officials said that at least a dozen people have died due to the cyclone in the state.
Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves said six people have died and three others are missing in three counties. He said that the cyclone is moving towards Alabama east, where houses and roads have been damaged.
