On Sunday, a Chinese woman travelling on a train in Colombo, Sri Lanka miraculously survived after being hit by a tree. She was seen leaning out of the transport in a risky manner to click pictures and shoot reels of her journey when she a tree branch hit her and made her fall off the train. She tumbled down to the ground in the chilling incident, which left her suffer injuries.

Tourist hit by tree after leaning outside train
In a video surfaced from the incident, the girl was seen holding her hands at the handrails of the train’s door and dangerously leaning outside. It was learned that the tourist was recording a video with help of her friend when she posed in a scary way and got hit but a tree.
The tourist and her friend were on the train to explore the country’s beautiful coastline between Wellawatte and Bambalapitiya. When she approached the door and stood there in a risky manner for the reel craze, a tree branch stuck her head, local news media reported.
She survives with minor injuries
While the visuals were frightening, the police told the media that she miraculously escaped with minor injuries.
It is believed that the bushes he fell into cushioned her head and protected her from serious injuries.
They confirmed that the Chinese tourist had only suffered some scratches. Regardless of the severity of the incident, the police advised tourists to be ensure safety during their travel on the train.
