The same Anwar Alam told that an application against Santghat resident Ravi Gupta was given in the city police station, on which the city police station chief sent away the victim Anwar Alam by saying various things, after which Anwar Alam kept wandering from door to door for justice. On Wednesday morning, Anwar Alam caught two youths with the help of villagers and started shouting that it was these people who had murdered his son. After this, there was a lot of ruckus among the people. After which the police arrived on information, calmed down the ruckus and took both the youths into their custody. After this, during the interrogation, a big revelation of the case came to light.
Late Thursday evening, Bettiah SP Dr. Shaurya Suman told that Asif murder case has been exposed. Four teenagers including Ravi Gupta have been arrested in this case. The bike of the deceased, white colored slippers of the main accused and a mobile phone have been recovered from the spot. SP said that there is a video of the incident in the mobile phone. Police are trying to collect the deleted data from the mobile. . However, it is not yet clear how much money the betel nut was given for the murder.
SP told that Asif was having a love affair with Ravi Gupta’s daughter. He was also in love with the girlfriend of the main accused. After getting the betel nut, on September 29, the accused teenager called Asif to his girlfriend’s room near the bus stand as part of a conspiracy. His girlfriend lived alone near the bus stand. Other people were already present there. Everyone together strangulated Asif to death and then threw his body on his bike in a bush near Jinwalia in Sirsia police station area. And to hide the evidence, they burnt the body.
Let us tell you that on September 30, the police of Sirsia police station had recovered the half-burnt body of an unknown youth from a bush on the side of the road going from Jinwalia Babutola to Garbhua. The dead body was not identified. To hide the identity, the criminals had swung the youth’s body. The age of the deceased youth was said to be around 25 years. Wound marks were found on his neck. On receiving information about the incident, Sadar SDPO Vivek Deep reached the spot. FSL team was called for investigation. Police tried to identify the body from the people present there but no one could find the young man. Could recognize. The body was buried after post-mortem.
