Mumbai: In a significant development in the Disha Salian death case, her father, Satish Salian, and his lawyer, Nilesh Ojha, filed a written complaint with the Mumbai Police on Tuesday. The duo met Joint CP (Crime) Lakhmi Gautam at the Mumbai Police Commissioner’s office and demanded the immediate registration of an FIR against several high-profile individuals. The complaint names Uddhav Thackeray, Aditya Thackeray, Dino Morea, Sooraj Pancholi, Parambir Singh, Rhea Chakraborty, Sachin Vaze, and others, holding them responsible for Disha’s alleged murder.

According to Nilesh Ojha, the lawyer representing Satish Salian, they have demanded the formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the case. Ojha alleged that former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh played a key role in covering up Disha’s death, calling him the “mastermind behind concealing the crime.”

Ojha further accused Parambir Singh of holding a press conference at the time to allegedly protect Aditya Thackeray by making false claims. He also asserted that Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) documents prove Aditya Thackeray’s involvement in the drug trade, claiming that these details are mentioned in the complaint submitted to the police.

Disha Salian, the former manager of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, allegedly died after falling from a high-rise building in Malad in June 2020. However, her father has recently alleged that Disha was murdered and has accused several influential individuals, including Aditya Thackeray, of being involved in the conspiracy.

The Mumbai Police has confirmed receiving the complaint and stated that they will examine the allegations before deciding the next course of action.
