15000 rupees under Namo Kisan Samman Yojana: Farmers are benefiting from the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Yojana in these difficult times. Like the Center, the state government is also providing Rs 6,000 to the farmers of the state under the ‘Namo Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana’ and Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has announced that this financial assistance will soon be increased to Rs 3,000.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed the 19th installment of the ‘Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana’ in Bhagalpur, Bihar. For this distribution, the state level program was chaired by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at the program organized at the late Dr. Vasantrao Naik Memorial Hall.
Financial assistance of 15 thousand rupees
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that through PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, farmers of the country are getting financial assistance in difficult times. Under this scheme, the central government deposits Rs 6,000 directly in farmers’ bank accounts every year. The state government provides financial assistance of Rs 6,000 per year to farmers through ‘Namo Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana’. Now the state government will increase this fund by Rs 3,000 and farmers will now get financial assistance of Rs 15,000 per year, out of which Rs 9,000 will be provided by the state and Rs 6,000 will be provided by the central government.
All farmers get the benefit of all schemes
The state government started the ‘Jalayukta Shivar Yojana’ for the benefit of farmers, which led to a large -scale water conservation work. The ‘Baliraja Jal Sanjeevani Yojana’ was approved by the central government. Under this scheme, 89 irrigation projects were completed in Vidarbha. The first phase of Nanaji Deshmukh Krishi Sanjeevani Yojana has been implemented and in the second phase the scheme will be implemented in the remaining parts of Marathwada and Vidarbha. Under this scheme, all the farmers of the village, irrespective of their goal group, will be provided the benefit of all schemes through subsidy on agricultural equipment, farm ponds etc. He said that under this scheme, work has been done so far at a cost of Rs 6,000 crore and the scheme will be implemented more effectively in the coming days.
‘Smart Scheme’ has been launched to provide comprehensive facilities like agricultural processing industry, grading system, etc., which generates employment producing groups and most farmers are developing by taking advantage of it. An important plan, agrestack, has been introduced. Through this, complete agriculture will be digitized and every farmer will be provided necessary benefits. They will benefit from interacting with farmers directly without middlemen. He said that so far 54 percent of the farmers in the state have been registered under the agrestack and the target of 100 percent will be achieved soon.
