Faridabad, 08 July (Hindustan Times). Lok Adalat related to land acquisition was org.zed at District Court Sector-12 on Saturday under the supervision of Chief Judicial Magistrate Sukirti Goyal and Secretary District Legal Services Authority as per the instructions of District Faridabad Sessions Judge and District Legal Services Authority Chairman YS Rathore. A bench of Additional Sessions Judge Sanjay Sharma was formed in this Lok Adalat. In which 50 cases were kept. Out of which 37 cases were settled in Lok Adalat with mutual consent.
Sukirti Goyal told that after the decision of the case in the Lok Adalat, there is no appeal till the Supreme Court. At the same time, the court fees are returned and the case is decided forever. Due to which money and time are saved and the feeling of love remains. Let us tell you that this land acquisition Lok Adalat was org.zed as per the guidelines of Mr. Arun Palli, Executive Chairman of Haryana State Legal Services Authority and Justice Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
