Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara actors Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol sent the internet into a tizzy after they posed together for a picture, however, the reunion later turned out to be for an advertisement. While fans were hoping for a ZNMD sequel announcement, the commercial video left them disappointed and crestfallen.

On Monday, the trip dropped the ad in collaboration with Yas Island. Despite the video being full of ZNMD references like Hrithik’s ‘Moshi Moshi’ dialogue or the iconic pink phone, it failed to impress the fans, who were actually waiting for a film announcement.

“What a build up over the last few weeks and then a big disappointment today (sic),” a user commented on X, while another wrote, “Come on man! I thought the announcement was about a sequel. Why play with feelings? (sic).” “Bring on the sequel my buoy! (sic),” a netizen stated.
