For the skill test, 35,955 applicants in total have been shortlisted. Of these, 26,610 applicants will apply for the Grade “D” position, and 9,345 will apply for the Grade “C” position.
Those who pass the computer-based exam are required to take the stenography skill test. Candidates will complete a 10-minute dictation in either Hindi or English (based on their application choice) at a rate of 80 words per minute (wpm) for Grade “D” and 100 words per minute (wpm) for Grade “C” as part of the test.
