Dr. Pradeep Sethi says that the celebrities who have undergone hair transplant from him include Mohammed Shami, Indian cricket team’s physiotherapist Andrew Leaps, England cricketer Nick Compton, South African cricketer Morne Van Wyk, Ravi Shastri and Mohammed Azharuddin. Bhajan Samrat Anoop Jalota, Arun Govil, Amir Bashir have also got their hair transplant done from him.

People coming from America and Europe also

Due to low cost of hair transplant in India, it has now become a major part of medical tourism. People from America and Europe are coming to India to get treatment for their baldness. Dr. Pradeep Sethi himself says that more than 40 percent of the total patients who come to him every year come from America or Europe. Delhi-NCR, Jaipur and Mumbai are at the top in terms of successful hair transplant.

A research by ‘Custom Market Index’ also shows that the hair transplant market will grow at the rate of about 12 percent every year between 2023 and 2032. It is also the fastest growing category in the medical tourism sector worldwide. Most of the hair transplant operations in the world are now done in India. It has left Turkey behind.
