Indore: Eunuchs Demand Action Against Group From Another City | Representative Image

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A group of eunuchs gathered at Pandharinath police station demanding action against another group of eunuchs on Thursday.

They alleged that they were forced by another group, who came from Malegaon, to leave the city. However, the police said that one of their group members was arrested by the Vijay Nagar police for his involvement in an ‘attempt to murder’ case so they had reached the police station.

ACP (Sarafa) Hemant Chouhan informed media persons that Sonam Guru, a resident of Nandlalpura area of the city has given a complaint against some people and we have assured them to take action after the investigation into the case.

Chouhan further said that Sonam’s friend Palak was detained by the Vijay Nagar police for his involvement in a case of section 307 of the IPC of 2023. The senior officials sent Raoji Bazar police station in charge Umesh Yadav to Pandharinath police station to talk with the eunuch to receive their complaint.

Sonam Guru informed media persons that they reached the police station as they were being threatened by another group of eunuchs, who came from Malegaon.

Sonam alleged that they are from Indore for years and the opposite group who came from outside is forcing them to leave the city. They allegedly forced Sonam and his friend to eat beef. They also allegedly administered the injection of HIV to many of them.
