The social media platform X said on Thursday that it has been ordered to block more than 8,000 accounts by the Government of India. Alan Musk’s company X says it is complying with the order. However, it is also being opposed. In its statement, X said, “It includes accounts of many well-known people and international media organizations.” We are blocking this account in India.

Whose accounts will be blocked?
It is being told that this action is being taken by the government against those accounts which were supporting and advocating Pakistan. Apart from this, it is also claimed that this action is also being taken against the accounts spreading fake news.
