If you have less time and want to make something special, then definitely try this quick Shahi Paneer recipe. You will not need much material to make it, just learn how to make it.

Material:

  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • 1 spoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 8-10 garlic cloves
  • 2 dried red chillies
  • 2-3 finely chopped onions
  • 2-3 chopped tomatoes
  • ginger pieces
  • 10-12 cashews
  • Turmeric (as per taste)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Paneer (cut into desired shapes)
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 pinches sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Kasoori Methi
  • finely chopped coriander
  • 1 cup fresh malai or cream

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, add oil and butter in a pan and heat it.
  2. Crack cumin seeds in it, then add garlic and dry red chilli.
  3. Add ginger pieces and onion and fry until the onion becomes light golden.
  4. Now add tomatoes, turmeric and salt and fry, then add cashews.
  5. Wash the cheese thoroughly and cut it into desired shapes.
  6. When all the spices are roasted well, turn off the gas.
  7. Add some water to the grinder and grind the mixture.
  8. Add some more oil and butter in the pan, then fry the prepared paste on high flame.
  9. After frying for 5-7 minutes, add garam masala, sugar, kasoori methi and green coriander.
  10. Finally add cheese, mix well and serve hot.

Serve chapatti or naan with this instant Shahi Paneer and delight your guests!
