Garlic Paneer Making Ingredients

  • 150 grams cheese
  • 4-5 tablespoons cornflor
  • Salt taste
  • chilli powder
  • 7-8 garlic buds
  • About half a cup of water
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Chile Flex as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon mole
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Chinese (optional)

Garlic cheese recipe

  1. First, wash the cheese thoroughly and cut it into large square pieces, about one inch long and wide.
  2. Place cheese pieces in a plate and add salt, pepper, red chili, garlic powder, and white sesame and mix well. Then, add cornflour over the top and mix it again.
  3. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the cheese pieces until golden brown. Then take them out on the tissue paper.
  4. Now add a little butter and oil to a pan. Add finely chopped garlic to it and fry until the rawness of garlic is over.
  5. Then, add about 2 teaspoons of cornflour and fry. Now add half a cup of hot water and mix.
  6. Add chili flakes, black pepper, sesame and organo to it. Add light salt as per taste and then add cheese pieces and mix well.
  7. Finally, mix coriander leaves on top and mix. Garlic Paneer is now ready.
  8. If you want, you can also add a little lemon juice from above.
