    Include vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins and minerals every mile. These are low-calories and provide nutrition.
  2. Eat lean protein:
    Include lean proteins such as chicken, fish, lentils, and tofu in your diet. Protein not only maintains muscles, but also helps in weight loss.
  3. Select whole grains:
    Eat complex carbs like rice, kinoa, and oats. They provide energy for a long time and make them feel full.

Workout Tips:

  1. Start with warmup:
    Do 5-10 minutes of warm-up before exercise, such as jogging or cardio. This will reduce the risk of injury and will prepare for the body exercise.
  2. Include strength training:
    Include workouts such as pushups, squats, and lunge in your routine. 30-40 minutes of strength training will help in reducing the whole body fat daily.
  3. Must do cardio exercise:
    Do 30 minutes of cardio exercise with strength training, such as jogging or running. It is helpful in burning calories and weight loss.
  4. Do not forget the stretching session:
    End your workout session with stretching. This will relax muscles and will prevent injury.
