How to apply for e-passport?
- To create an e-passport, you have to follow some procedures.
- First of all [passportindia.gov.in](https://passportindia.gov.in) and register.
- Log in from your registered ID and choose “Fresh” or “Reisue” passport option.
- Fill the required information and pay the online fee.
- Book an appointment in the nearest Passport Seva Kendra or Regional Passport Office.
- Go to the center with original documents at the scheduled time.
