E-invoice: The state law department has decided to start 20 new e-traffic courts in the state to reduce the burden of e-traffic operations. At present, the hearing of the e-traffic court of the entire state was being done through the court located in Ahmedabad city only. Now that these e-traffic courts are functioning at 20 locations in different districts of the state, the work related to e-challan will become easier. The hearing related to e-challan will be held in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class. E-challan will also be accepted in this court. With the help of virtual courts, anyone can attend court hearings sitting at home. Apart from this, e-challan will also be accepted in the Virtual Traffic Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class.

Cases will be settled quickly with the help of e-court

After the start of e-traffic court in the state, applicants will get relief from running to the police station. The One Nation One Challan project has been coordinated with the Police RTO’s Challan in Gujarat. Virtual traffic courts will be started across the state under the e-court project under the guidance of the Supreme Court.

 

E-Challan can be paid online through gateway

The Gujarat High Court has decided to start e-traffic courts at 20 other places in the state after Ahmedabad. For this, 20 First Class Judicial Magistrates have been notified by the Gujarat High Court. E-traffic courts will now be started in Navsari, Panchmahal, Bhavnagar, Dahod, Porbandar, Tapi, Amreli, Gir Somnath, Surendranagar, Patan, Banaskantha, Sabarkantha and Junagadh in the state. Applicant can pay the challan in this e-court online through e-payment gateway. In which online fine can be easily paid through credit, debit card, UPI and net banking. After this facility, applicants will no longer have to stand in court queues to pay traffic fines.

Vehicle owner will receive an SMS on his mobile

If the vehicle drivers do not pay the e-challan fine amount within 90 days, later the e-challan is automatically sent to the virtual traffic court server and in traffic cases, the vehicle owner will be notified on mobile and through SMS. is informed about the fine from There is also a link to pay the fine. If the driver objects to the amount of the fine, then the case will be sent to the city court to fight.
