Acting on the basis of intelligence information, the Revenue Intelligence Directorate (DRI) arrested an Indian woman passenger with 7.56 kg cocaine on IGI in Delhi on Tuesday 14 April. The price of which has been stated to be Rs 75.6 crore.
DRI officials said that according to information received from the agency, the woman returning from Dubai was stopped at Indira Gandhi Airport in Delhi. In which 7 kg drugs worth Rs 75.6 crore were received from him.
The DRI said that five empty handbags and purse were found during the investigation of the female passenger’s belongings. On opening the inner layers of this bag, ten packets filled with white powder were found, which was cocaine.
