Greater Noida massive fire: Girls Risk Lives to Flee Burning Hostel
A viral video on social media shows several girls hanging from the balcony of their burning hostel trying to escape, risking their lives. One girl stumbles, crashing to the ground with a loud thud. It looks like she could have gotten hurt from the video. Their frantic escape indicates there was no safe way out of the hostel, and they had to take life-and-death risks.
Thick clouds of smoke are billowing out of the building as those gathered urge the girls to climb down. Another girl slowly lowers herself down using an outdoor AC unit, but she loses her footing before she can get to the stairs. She slams into the first-floor balcony, then tumbles to the ground, causing onlookers to gasp in alarm. Voices off screen keep yelling for the rest of the girls to make it safely down.
