Onion bhaji or potato bhaji is always made at home. But after being tired after eating the same thing again and again, some people wanted to try something new. Children, including elders at home, do not like to eat spinach. But spinach is very nutritious for health. Apart from increasing the amount of blood in the body and hemoglobin, there are many other benefits from eating spinach. Let’s know the easy recipe for making spinach moong bhaji.

- Moong
- Salt
- Onion
- Ginger
- Coriander
- Cumin
- Turmeric

- Rice flour
Action:
- To make spinach moong bhaji, first soak moong dal in water for 3 hours. This will soften the lentils well.
- Add soaked lentils, cumin, ginger pieces and coriander seeds in a mixer bowl and make a thick paste.
- Then, put the prepared paste in a large bowl, add finely chopped onion, turmeric, salt, coriander and finely chopped spinach and mix well.
- Finally, add two tablespoons of rice flour to the prepared mixture and mix.
- Put one teaspoon of buffalo in hot oil in a pan and fry it well. Bhaji will be made crispy due to the use of rice flour.
