Former US President Donald Trump has given strict warnings about Russia and President Vladimir Putin. Trump has said that if Russia does not cooperate in ending the Ukraine War, additional fees can be levied on Russia and its oil exports. He expressed resentment over Putin’s attitude and said that if there is no cooperation in the talks, it will have to bear serious consequences.
Trump’s statement on Ukraine War
Trump said he was very angry when Vladimir Putin questioned Ukraine’s President Volodimir Jailonski’s credibility. He said that such rhetoric cannot be extended towards the solution. He warned that if Russia does not take positive steps to end the Ukraine war, the US administration would impose secondary fee on oil coming from Russia.
He also said that if he feels that it is the responsibility of continuing the war from Russia, then he will not hesitate to take strict economic steps on Russia oil. When he was asked if he would talk to Putin, he said that there would be a conversation only when Putin takes ‘right steps’.
Iran also gave strict warning
During the interview, Trump also targeted Iran. He said that if Iran fails to compromise on the nuclear program with the US, it may face bombing and stringent economic sanctions. Trump also said that he could consider putting a secondary tariff again on Iran, as he did during his first term.
Iran’s answer
