Actor Veer Pahariya was spotted driving his swanky set of wheels around Mumbai recently, however, a video of his ride went viral for all the wrong reasons. A dog was seen chasing Veer’s car and barking continuously at it, and netizens had a ball laughing at the incident.

In the now-viral video, Veer can be seen driving his Rs 3.79 crore red Aston Martin DB11 car in Worli, which is one of the most upscale areas of South Mumbai. However, a dog came and halted right in front of his car in the middle of the road, and refused to budge.

While Veer slowed down to let the stray dog move away, it kept chasing the car, and was later seen barking and running right behind it for quite a major stretch of the road. Veer sped his car as soon as the dog was out of his way, but the canine did not back off and continued chasing it.

The video left netizens in splits, and they noted how celebs too face the same petty problems like the common man does. “Aura hai dog ka (sic),” a user commented, while another wrote, “Fan hoga! (sic).”

Speaking of Veer, the young actor made his big screen debut in January this year with Akshay Kumar’s Sky Force. While the film failed to rake in numbers at the box office, Veer became an internet sensation, courtesy his viral dance step in Rang.

The internet was flooded with memes around Veer doing the step, but the actor took it in his stride, and he too participated in the trend. Later, in an interview, he said that he has no qualms getting trolled as he got “immortalised” with the dance step in his very first movie.

“Since my song came out and since it went viral and got trolled, my engagement has increased so much that so many doors and avenues have opened up for me after that. So many work opportunities have opened because people now know who I am. I’ve got a hit song. To those who are trolling, I will please wish that they troll even more so that I get even more weddings. And I earn money,” Veer said.
