Mumbai – A 21 -year -old victim has alleged that a doctor released on bail in the rape case was raped her again. In this case, the victim has also alleged that the police have registered a complaint against her by registering a complaint with the police station 11 times. In this case, the Achhole police has also applied to the court to cancel the bail of the accused doctor.
The victim girl currently lives in Nalasopara with her 21 -year -old younger brother. His father died in 2005 and his mother in 2009. In January 2016, he went to Dr. to treat teeth. She went to Yogendra Shukla. Then Yogesh Shukla came to know that the victim was orphan. He took advantage of his compulsion and proposed friendship and marriage to him. The victim has alleged that she was taken to her house at Lodge and raped. He sexually abused the victim from 2016 to 2024. On 16 September 2024, the doctor refused to marry. Finally, when the victim realized that she was cheated, she lodged a complaint at the Achhole police station. Dr. Yogesh Shukla was arrested by the police.
After being released on bail, the victim has alleged that Dr. Yogendra Shukla assaulted her and then raped her. Dr. Yogendra Shukla, his mother Satyabhama Shukla and sister -in -law Rita Shukla, Bhai Nilesh Shukla also accused of forcibly abortion. Dr. Shukla has also been accused of constantly assaulting and smoking cigarettes. He also said that he is blackmailing me based on my pornographic pictures and videos. In the last 4 months, complaints were filed 11 times in this regard at the Achhole police station. The police have registered a cognizable case.
