Rain increases the humidity in the weather, due to which the infection starts and spreads to many parts of the body. Ways to Prevent Tinea Versicolor
Wear loose or loose clothing if the weather is changing. Because wearing tight clothes in this season increases the risk of infection.
Whenever you do a workout, it is very important to take a shower after that. Since working out makes you sweat a lot, it increases the risk of infection.
When infection starts in any part of the body, then the infection starts increasing.
Use anti-fungal shampoos and creams on the skin.
Mix one teaspoon of neem oil in the bath water and take a bath.
Ways to prevent tinea versicolor infection
Tinea versicolor infection is also known as Sehua. To avoid this, antifungal cream should be applied continuously. If it starts spreading more then the doctor should be contacted immediately.
Apply sandalwood paste on the place where you have infection. Skin should be protected from dryness and itching
You can do one more thing, then take honey and add a pinch of turmeric to it. Honey and turmeric have anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties which prevent the infection from progressing.
Skin becomes dry due to fungal infection. In this case, keep using anti-fungal moisturizer.
