The Aadhaar card can be punished for 3 years: In fact, according to the website uidai.gov.in, it is a crime to make a fake of the Aadhaar number holder by trying to change or replace the Aadhaar number holder’s demographic and biometric information. Doing this can lead to imprisonment of up to 3 years and a fine of up to Rs 10,000.

How to find out who is using Aadhaar card? First go to the Myaadhaar website and login. Then enter your Aadhaar number and fill the captcha code. Click “Login with OTP”. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number, enter it and login.
Now go to the “certification history” section. Here you will know when your Aadhaar card was used. If you feel that someone has misused your Aadhaar card, inform UIDAI immediately.
