Eating too spicy definitely satisfies our taste buds, but it is not good at all from health point of view, if you consume it after workout it can cause problems in digestion. Apart from this, there may also be a complaint of heartburn. If spices are cooked too much, their nutrients also start getting lost. It would be better if you eat things which are not too spicy.

3. Sweet food

Sweet things attract us a lot, especially we love to eat sweets, cold drinks, ice cream and pudding, but if we consume them immediately after workout then all our hard work can go waste. The calories you’ve lost through exercise.

4. Alcohol
