Mumbai: Disha Salian’s father, Satish Salian, will meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah regarding Disha’s death case. He will hand over evidence related to the case and request him to look into the matter. Satish Salian’s lawyer, Nilesh Ojha, informed the media on Tuesday.
Further, Ojha stated that the closure report of February 24, 2021, has been recalled and some individuals are attempting to spread a false narrative. He added that the CBI never investigated Disha’s case. “We have substantial and additional evidence. However, we cannot disclose it at this stage, as it might impact the case,” Ojha said.
Allegations Made By Advocate Nilesh Ojha
Advocate Ojha also made serious allegations against the former Commissioner of Police. He claimed that Disha was murdered, but the police attempted to present it as a suicide. He further alleged that, during Parambir Singh’s tenure, murder cases were falsely classified as suicides. Ojha stated that they have video recordings of Singh’s close aide, ACP Kadam. He also accused the former commissioner of trying to implicate ex-ACPs Nipunje and Ghadage in false cases because they opposed Singh’s corruption.
