Filmmaker Ekta Kapoor on Tuesday shared a video on her social media handle, where she discussed her weight gain and asked followers if she should try weight loss methods, including anti-inflammatory diets, Ozempic, and other pharmaceutical drugs or even resort to simply ‘zipping her mouth’ to avoid overeating. After her video went viral, netizens speculated that it was an indirect dig at Ram Kapoor’s drastic 55-kg weight loss, especially after reports suggested that he used Ozempic to achieve it.

She was heard saying, “Should I take pharmaceutical drugs like Mounjaro and Ozempic, follow an anti-inflammatory diet, or just keep quiet? Ya chhod doon, hum bade hi acche lagte hain.”

Ektaa mentioning Bade Achhe Lagte Hain caught eyeballs, with netizens believing it was a sly reference to Ram, who led her show alongside Sakshi Tanwar. While some believed that she had announced the title of her upcoming show with Harshad Chopda and Shivangi Joshi, reportedly titled Bade Achhe Lagte Hain Phir Se, but these are just theories. Ektaa herself will have to clarify the same.

A few days ago, a clip of Harshad and Shivangi went viral on social media, where they were seen shooting together for a sequence in the car at midnight.

Earlier, it was reported that the show would be called Baharein, but now it has been reportedly titled Bade Achhe Lagte Hain Phir Se. However, an official confirmation is awaited.

Bade Achhe Lagte Hain Phir Se will be the fourth edition of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, based on the Gujarati play Patrani by Imtiaz Patel.

Later, the show had a sequel titled Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2, starring Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar in the lead. The series also had a third installment, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3, featuring the same lead pair, Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar.
