MP: DHE Minister Inder Singh Parmar Seeks Action Plan On Students’ Development, Quality Education |
Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The department of higher education minister Inder Singh Parmar has directed officials to come up with an action plan focusing on the holistic development of college students and improving the overall quality of education in institutes.
The minister gave officials three months time to prepare a comprehensive action plan. The minister, who was reviewing the activities of the department at Mantralaya on Monday, also stressed on the utilization of allocated funds for enhancing students’ development and quality education as per the need.
The officials have also been asked to come up with a comprehensive action plan for ensuring transparency in the exam. Parmar inquired at length about the utilization of funds allocated in budget 2024-25, expenditure made during the said financial year.
He also inquired about the departmental preparation for the upcoming budget. Stressing on increasing the enrollment of students in higher education institutes, the minister exhorted them to make ‘College Chalo Campaign’ a huge success in the state.
Inquiring about the posts lying vacant in the department, the minister directed the officials to make appointments on them.
This underscores the determination on Madhya Pradesh for improving the quality of education in the state and producing more and more talent.
