Ingredients of Chile Garlic Sevai
- 1 packet medium size
- 1 capsicum
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 8-10 garlic buds
- Spring onion (green onion)
- Finely chopped green chillies
- Pepper
- Salt (as per taste)
- Soy sauce
Method of making Chile Garlic Sevai
- Fry: First fry Sevai in a pan till it turns golden. If Sevai is already roasted, heat it lightly so that its freshness remains.
- Boil: Take water in a large pot and add 3-4 drops of oil to it. When the water starts boiling, add the decent and stir it well. Turn off the gas and leave the Sevai in water for two minutes. Then filter it.
- Flee: Heat some oil in another pan. Add finely chopped garlic and fry it. Add onion as soon as garlic is roasted and fry well. Now add capsicum and carrot to it. If you want, you can also include other vegetables like broccoli or sweatter.
- Mix: When the vegetables are cooked, add cooked deserts to it. Mix well, then add salt and pepper. When needed, add a little soy sauce and mix again.
- Tadka: Finally, apply 4-5 garlic buds and dry red chili on top.
